In the process, the company has grown 3x this year. Rapid growth poses challenges for a service business like ours, which depends on people’s time.
In order to keep up with the pace, we have borrowed the best tools and practices from different industries and fused our own highly scalable EdTech service business operation. We overlay the software-world SDLC and User Acceptance Testing with instructional design’s ADDIE model, use the IT Service Maturity Model and ITIL practices to manage learner operations, coordinate creative delivery via systemised sprint planning and benchmark employee engagement against the Gallup Q12 survey (87% last quarter).
This adds up to us being on the unique path of rapidly scaling a service business, in the fascinating world of EdTech.
